Product Availabilty & Store Inventory

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order fulfillment process as soon as your online purchase has been completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the shipping address is verified. We do our best to maintain accuracy related to our inventory, however from time to time factors beyond our control may play a part in causing an item to cancel from an order. Damaged items, missing parts, or the product differing from the online description are some examples of when this might happen. These scenarios may cause items within an order to be shorted or cancelled and if this happens an order update notification will be sent by email.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS FROM DIFFERENT FULFILLMENT CENTRES ACROSS CANADA.

If you would like more information about an item you see on sportchek.ca, simply click on the item to go to the Product Details page.The Product Details page will provide you with detailed information to help you learn more about the product.

Item Number is a great reference when you want to locate a product again by using the Search feature

Images offer you a visual of the product. For many items, we provide the ability to see a larger view of the product by clicking "Enhanced View" or "Zoom," as well as multiple angles
Available Sizes for a particular product are listed in the size drop-down menu
Available Colours for a particular product are displayed as swatches and are also listed in the colour drop-down menu
Features & Specifications provide detailed product-specific information

To help enhance your shopping experience, we offer a Find in Store feature on sportchek.ca:

Choose an item, colour and size if applicable, and select the Find In Store button
Enter your Postal Code or City & Province
A list of stores closest to your location will appear indicating the products availability
In Stock means we currently have this item available for purchase at that store at the time of your search
Low Stock means we currently have a limited quantity of this item available for purchase at that store at the time of your search.
Out of Stock means this item is currently unavailable for purchase at that store at the time of your search.

While we endeavor to provide accurate inventory counts for our stores, please note that due to continually changing inventory levels, we cannot guarantee the availability of an item in store. We suggest contacting the store to confirm availability. To access a complete list of all Sport Chek stores, find the store through the Store Locator page.

Within the Store Locator each store is given their own page to indicate their address, store hours, specialty shops available, all in-store services, and any special events specific to each store. You are also able to look up directions to the store, as well as print or share the map.

Product Review Guidelines

sportchek.ca is a public site; therefore, we ask that you follow some basic rules. We moderate all reviews before posting them and reserve the right to deny any review at our absolute discretion.

Here are some examples of the things that can cause a review to be denied:

Offensive, abusive or prejudicial language
Reviews that are not relevant to the product being reviewed
Reviews that attempt to solicit responses from others (creating a forum)
Reviews that contain content about competitors
Reviews that contain pricing references

If approved, your review will appear in its entirety. We will not edit any content, although we will mark through any references to the following:

Website addresses
Phone numbers
Personal or business addresses
Email addresses
Full names (first name/last name)

Scroll to the Write A Review section
Fill in all required fields, as well as your product review and hit "Submit"
Reviews will appear within 24-48 hours of submitting

Annual Interest Rate(s): All charges to your account (excluding cash transactions and related fees) — 19.99%

For the Triangle Mastercard only: If you are not approved for a card at the above rates, Canadian Tire Bank may still issue you a card at the following annual interest rates: (i) if you are a resident of Quebec, 21.99% for all charges; or (ii) if you reside outside of Quebec, 25.99% for all charges (excluding cash transactions and related fees) and 27.99% for cash transactions and related fees.

Foreign Exchange Conversion: All transactions made in a foreign currency will be converted to Canadian currency at the then current Mastercard conversion rate plus 2.5% (for charges to your account) or minus 2.5% (for credits to your account) when the transaction is posted to your account.

Other Fees:
Cash Advance Fee: $4 - Charged when the transaction is posted to your account.
NSF/Dishounoured Payment Fee: $25 - Charged if a payment you make is dishonoured.
Charges for Copies: $2 — Charged when you request a copy of a statement.
Credit Balance Fee: The lesser of $2 or the amount of your credit balance - Charged on the last day of a billing period when there is a credit balance on the account and the account has been inactive (other than any credit balance fees) for the previous 2 billing periods.

Additional information for residents of Quebec only: The regular annual rate for persons applying for the Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite Mastercard is 22.99% for cash transactions and related fees and 19.99% for all other charges. Some applicants may receive a higher or lower regular annual rate depending on a credit evaluation. The minimum payment is the sum of (a) the greater of: (i) interest and fees shown on your statement + $10; or (ii) 5% of the New Balance, excluding amounts on special payment plans, (b) any balance over your credit limit, (c) any amounts past due not included in (b) above, and (d) the amount of any equal payments plan instalments then due. Balances under $10 are due in full. For residents of Quebec, the period between the statement date and the due date for payment is 26 days. The billing period covered by each statement can be from 28-33 days. The Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite Mastercard do not have an annual fee.
